Hey bloggy

Today I'm not so pigg (how the fk do you translate that?? I haven't got much energy today??) because somehow my body seems to think I dont need more than 3 hours of sleep after a night out drinking. Thanks bod' :')

So anyways yesterday me and Emma went to some hard rock/ heavy metal event at some club. It was OK but not as fun as expected, so we drank some JD and cokes (I hate JD but it was cheap ok) and then went on to club retro where we and a lot of middle aged people danced the night away to 90s tunes such as Backstreet Boys. Loved it! Unfortunately we drank some vodkas as well which is a part of the reason why I haven't left my bed yet. Afterwards we went both to maccas and KFC haha. We were super hungry!

Yesterday I also decided to get another piercing in my ear. It hurt as a m********* but I'm super happy with it. It's my friend now and I love it. Bad thing is I can't sleep on my left side for a couple of weeks and ofc have I never wanted to sleep on my left side in my whole life as much as I wanted tonight. Here's a pic

Today's plans is taking at least one nap, listen to Fall out boy, leave my hostel bed and have a fun night!

P.S I love fall out boy. If you haven't heard 'Favourite record' or 'Fourth of july' you should listen to it. Like right now. Go. Shous. Just do it!

Hey'o!
Right now I'm sitting outside one of the bathrooms at my hostel, where I accidently forgot my key card. And now suddenly no one needs to go to the toilet or take a shower! Except for guys but they don't have access to the girls bathrooms. I hate the key cards here because you can't have then with you phone if it has a magnet (like my phone case does), then it stops working and that has happen to me A LOT of times. I can barely have the phone and the card in my bag at the same time. So I usually carry it by itself and it's soo easy to forget it.

Last night me and Matilda went and saw Allegiant part 1 (the third divergent movie). It was good but I didn't really remember what happened in the last movie so some bits were a bit confusing.

Today I've been on a walk/run (Yay me!!!) And had a warm and nice shower afterwards. Luckily that's not when I forgot my key card. One time it stopped working when I was going to take a shower and I only wore a towel. Wasn't the best experience having to go down to the reception getting a new one.

Now I'm gonna cook some lunch. Probably eggs as I don't have much to choose from. Hugs and kisses!

Soo we're back in Melbourne again! The second part of the potato harvesting took like no time at all so. He had told us it would take three weeks but we kinda understood it wasn't gonna take that long. So we weren't really surprised when he told us monday that it was our last night because they would finish up in the morning.

So now I'm back at flinders, luckily they had a bed for me so I didn't need to spend all my dollars on a super expensive hostel.. we all know which one I'm talking about... today I got up kinda early and had breakfast and went out for a run. During the stay in Parilla I decided to try to get back into shape again (I'm probably in the worst shape I've been in in all of my life). It's a slow progress but at least I'm trying lol.

So to continue Emmas bloggy about what I wouldn't have believed I would do if someone told me a year ago, I must say.. cheek kissing!! I would never ever had done that in Sweden. But here it's so usual! When I meet a friend, or just someone I kinda know, or I say goodbye to someone, you're given (or you give) a kiss on the cheek and sometimes a hug as well. I was pretty much in chock the first time it happened!!! Like heeey where's my personal space mate??? But now I kinda like it. Who could have known??

Anyways, time to get back to my laundry. Talks later ?

Hey-san mi bloggy readers.
Tomorrow we're leaving Melbourne again to go back tomorrow the farm. I have not missed it at all. At least we've bought more clothes so we don't need to be so cold all the time. But right now while writing this I realise I haven't bought any cosy socks to wear in bed. So my feet will be super cold.. poor feet they have to go through so much.

As I told you before, we went to see Asking Alexandria Friday. And they were just as awesome as expected! Two highlight were definitely I won't give in and Not the American average. And I managed not to get into a moshpit, even though I got pushed around quite a lot anyways.

Saturday I did not feel good at all. Soo hungover. I hate being hungover at hostels! But around midday I can back to life, I ate some tacos and went to Abc to meet up with Matilda. Soon some other friends joined and then we spent the night at Pony. Not my favourite club. Still a really fun night though! Afterwards I did what I've done the last couple of partynights, I bought maccas and ate it in the hostel reception while talking to the hostel staff.

Today I have not done much, been on two really long walks around the river, tried to finish the tacos but there's still some left, and entered the pool competition at the hostel bar. I came in last place... no shame though.

Now I'm gonna sleep, have to check out super early tomorrow so we have time to drive to the farm. I'm not looking forward to it. At all.

Goodnight kisses to all of you!!

Things I never would've believed if someone told me one year ago:
- You gonna move to Australia
- After spending 5 months in Oz, you've already tried 4 different jobs
- You're gonna be working at a potato farm in the middle of nowhere
- You're gonna buy your first car in Oz, and even drive it (even while alone in the car!)
- You're gonna work as a bartender right in the heart of Melbourne, and dance all night long
- Next Easter, you're gonna go on a spontaneous road trip to Adelaide
- Speaking English will come almost as natural and easy to you as speaking Swedish
- You're gonna ride a mechanical bull at a club in Adelaide
- You're gonna go on a camping trip with Melbourne university and try surfing

Just the beginning or a very very long list. Gets you thinking about how much you're actually capable of - compared to what you think you're capable of.

One year ago, I would've never believed I could do any of these things. But I did, and I learned to find safety within myself rather than my surroundings. And that have led me to finally take control of my own life, and stop taking the easy way out. Stop being afraid. It's such a cliche, but sometimes it takes going to the other side of the world just to find yourself.

Mom and Dad - thank you for being such awesome parents. Love you and miss you!

Yes! We got some more days off the farm, which meant we could actually go to the asking alexandria show tonight! The are playing at billboards and the ticket was only 50 dollars so I'm super excited!!

The last couple of days I haven't been up to much, we found out wednesday evening that we didn't have to go back until Monday, but by then I had already packed my stuff and moved out of the hostel. So I had to go back and beg for them to take me back. Which they did. Because I paid them.

Yesterday I thought that hey, maybe I should cook some real food for once! But I know that I'm not gonna cook every day, so I made tacos that could last a lifetime. It was nice. Can't wait for tacos again tonight. Here's a pic but it doesn't look as good as it tasted.

Hej and hello to all of you

So I told you that my only plans yesterday was to have fun. And I did :)
Got up pretty early and went out to try to find some clothes for the farm, but failed. Instead I met up with my hostel friend and went for lunch at this super cosy Indian place. Delicious. We also went for coffee and later on sushi, so I spent most of my time yesterday eating. But I love eating so that was cool. And now I also love sushi so.. there's this great sushi place on swanston, called sushi hub. I love sushi hub. I might go there again today.

Then I went to a bar in brunswick with emma, where we drank vodka cranberry, ate tacos and pizza, and gossiped all night.

Apparently I only booked the hostel until today, but I didn't know that so the hostel staff came looking for me and tried to kick me out. But I paid for another night so it's OK now! I was so confused because they asked me if I was 'Hannah' I was like eeeeeeh I guess. Sometimes I think mum and dad was like "hehee let's put 'Hannah' in front of 'Olivia' so no one ever gets her name right!". But it's all g, I kinda respond to both now. And I usually respond when someone calls me Emma as well, because you know.. they might mean me anyways.

It's warm outside today so we might go to the beach. Instead of doing the stuff we need to do before going back to the farm lol. Have a good one! Here's a pic from the Indian restaurant

Helo helo!

Currently lying in bed at my hostel. Couldn't stay at flinders this time so I'm at the probably best but also most expensive hostel in Melbourne, United backpackers! It's true what they say, you get what you pay for..

So this has been a fun weekend no questions asked, friday we met up with some friends and went to lions, everyone left early though except for me and emma who stayed and danced all night to some cover band. Saturday we met up with even more friends and went to rats! There we did what you always do at rats, drank buckets, 5 dollar jägerbombs, lost each other and danced at every dancefloor they have. They didn't have the photobooth though which was disappointing..

Yesterday I felt way better than expected, so I made myself some brunch and a new friend, and then we spent the day being tourists and walking around the botanical garden. Can't believe I've never been there! It was beautiful.

Today I have no plans except for having fun. Here's some pics!

BTW I got a compliment for my breakfast today. Needless to say the day started off in a great way.
